The Mediterrani Royal Wood Fired Outdoor Pizza Oven is an essential outdoor cooking appliance for pizza lovers. This highly robust and attractive wood fired oven reaches high temperatures fast, cooking up delicious, authentic pizzas in less than one minute.
Beautifully decorated with mosaic tiles on the exterior, hand thrown clay on the interior and with a brick finished arch, this wood fired oven is both rustic and stylish. The oven also boasts a pair of stable-style cast iron doors within the arched entrance.
The oven is 85cm in height, making it easy for any adult to use, and measures 100cm on the exterior and 80cm on the interior. The large capacity interior makes this oven suitable for catering parties of any size with enough space for two large pizzas at the same time. Pizzas cook in just 50 seconds, making it easy to feed many mouths in a short space of time.
The oven itself is manufactured by hand, adding to the oven’s rustic charm and high quality. The oven heats up quickly to temperatures of around 400ºC and retains heat thanks to the layered insulation and hand thrown clay interior. The oven is heated through the use of hardwood logs and an adjustable choke.
